Letters of Praise and Recommendation

From Braden Bledsoe, Vice President/Global Head of Marketing & Communications of AIG Investments:

Dear Ellen and Curt:

Having just concluded our first video production with you, I want to express how satisfied all of us at AIG Investments are with the video you produced and the process of creating it.

Perhaps you were able to produce such a compelling piece because its theme of "Client Focus" seems to be your guiding mantra! Every aspect of the production process exceeded our expectations: The questions you prepared for the interviews exhibited a detailed understanding of our company and the production's goals; the camerawork was television quality; your personalities ensured that the interviewing process was fun and not anxiety-producing; the interviews, which veered off the prepared list of questions as and when appropriate, were on-point and sensitive to the interviewees; the script you prepared after we completed the interviews demonstrated a combination of comprehension and welcomed succinctness; the graphic designs created were exciting and original; and the editing was excellent from all perspectives - video, audio, incorporation of graphics, and otherwise. The final product reflected exactly the message we wanted to send, wrapped in a package more compelling than we had pre-visualized.

On the issue of process, V&V fit the definition of "Client Focus" perfectly. We created a tight schedule, and you fit into its parameters without complaint. You adhered to every deadline we needed to set. You made copies of the video in each format we requested, including formats needed for our many offices around the world, and you mailed them wherever we needed them sent. You even helped us with equipment issues when we presented the final product.

I have worked with many video production companies in my role as a marketing executive with a number of large financial corporations, and I have found the experience of working with V&V to qualify as one of the best - in terms of both process and substance - that I can remember. Moreover, each person at AIGGIG who worked with you shared my feelings.

AIGGIG has already begun our second video project with V&V, and we look forward to many more in the future.

From Christine M. Croissant, Director of Marketing and Communications, The Riverside Company:

To Whom It May Concern:

The purpose of this letter is to provide feedback on my experiences working with Voices and Visions (V&V). The Riverside Company first hired V&V in the fall of 2002 to produce a film for use at our annual investors meeting.

The goal was to film three of our portfolio companies documentary-style, creating one 10-to-15 minute video in the span of less than one month. Meeting this tight time frame entailed a great deal of effort, and V&V enthusiastically worked with me in creating a project that would fit our budget as well as our lean timelines. They dove into the portfolio companies to understand them; helped me create an insightful set of questions; and accompanied me on a brutal travel schedule that had us flying from New York to Denver; Denver to Cleveland; Cleveland to New Hampshire and back to New York in less than three days. They edited hours of videotape into fabulous footage and produced a terrific script that needed minimal editing. And they did all of thsi with good cheer and a clear desire to please the client -- a trait I don't see often enough.

The end product: a video that was very well received by our investors -- many of whom asked for more of the same next year.

Based on the tremendous feedback of the final product, we hired V&V to film three portfolio companies each year in 2003, 2004 and 2005. We've also engaged with them to film videos on Riverside for business development purposes. I have come to view Ellen and Curt as my partners in these projects. We work closely and collaboratively on each step of the projects -- from conception and question or script writing, to shooting, to editing, and to managing the flow of the final product. I hire them because they provide invaluable input, creativity, capabilities and an unfailing work eithic to do the job well, no matter what it takes.

I highly recommend V&V to anyone interested in pursuing video projects.

Sincerely,
Christine Croissant

From Sherri Valenti, Vice President Marketing, 24/7 Real Media, Inc.:

Dear Curt:

I am pleased to have the opportunity to applaud you for your A+ camera work on the video we created for 24/7 Real Media’s global website launch.

24/7 Real Media is a publicly traded digital marketing company, founded in 1995 and acquired in 2007 by WPP – one of the largest global communications groups. With 20 offices in 12 countries, the company utilizes its trademarked technologies to empower advertisers and publishers to engage their target audiences with greater precision, transparency and ROI across all digital mediums.

As a company with a high-profile web presence, every media product we showcase for our own website must look and feel maximally creative and post-state-of-the-art. Earlier this year when we crafted a storyboard for our “Birth of a Website” web commercial, we had already put in place a script, actors, editor, and pre-visualized final product, but we lacked a key player: a cinematographer who could vicariously understand our vision and capture it through the eyes of the camera’s lens. When we found you, we found the piece of our puzzle that had been missing.

You came to the video shoot prepared with our storyboard and your equipment. You knew where we wanted to go and the elements we had prepared to help us get there, but you also knew how to fill in the blank spots to help us satisfy our goals – and how to do so in creative ways. There were no ends to your ideas, your camera angles, your lighting skills, or your insistence on perfection. Nor was there an end to your ability to smile through the process, spread good feeling and share our 24/7 Real Media team spirit.

When the videotaping was complete and we gave the tapes to the editor, he was thrilled with the countless number of artistically and visually stimulating possibilities provided, further inspiring him to create a fantastic final product that all of us at 24/7 Real Media were proud to display on our website.

We will always call you back as our top cinematography choice, and we have already recommended you and Voices & Visions Productions to anyone who asks for high-quality video production services.
